Does this close the book on Jake Allen's time with the Blues?

That was brutal to watch. Punched the seat and ended up with a bleeder knuckle. I am beyond pissed at this team. Allen needs to go. Can Hutton be our starter next year with our prospects as a backup? That 3rd goal killed us. Also the 2 before

Allen is just so inconsistent. All year long too.

Needs to be moved.

At this point, just miss the playoffs and get started on some changes.

Bye to Allen. Build a 2nd line from 2 signings/trades, and a rookie or fabbri return.

Well would you rather a rookie take a bad penalty or some guy it takes multiple injuries for him to get ice time?

I'll bet on the rookie.

Two games in a row the other team is about to roll over and the Blues don't step on the throat combined with some of the worst goaltending I have ever seen. Only one of those goals should have ever went in and that was the last one.

Hutton better be starting next game. Right about now one wonders why Husso didn't get a start because Allen--I'm done with him. He has the talent but wherever it is his mind wanders to makes he mediocre. There's not enough offense for mediocre.

The big answer is Thomas. The second answer is Kyrou.

Berglund has been looking good, maybe his injury recovering takes time.

Barbashev is reminding me of Jaskin---the tools are there but the finishing ability is lacking. Good fourth liners to have.

Sorry guys, but thanks for Morgan Frost and your 2018 1st!

Oh, and feel free to take Jori Lehtera back. Man that dude is so slow you could time him with a sundial.

Thank you for a Schenn who can be a first line center on one of the statistically best lines in hockey.

Don't get pissed at me because your team crapped the bed last night and has played pretty poorly down the stretch. I've got nothing against the Blues, hell they haven't been a rival with the Flyers since 1972 or so!

I liked the trade when it happened and I like it today. Schenn is a good player, but he has a tendency to disappear for long stretches at a time and I think you overpaid a bit for him. That's all.

He's a good complementary player who can succeed with the right linemates. I just think you overpaid for him a bit, but all in all, it was a good deal for both teams. Honestly, from what I've seen of the Blues, it seems some poor defensive play and shoddy goaltending are whats hurting you these days.

Not a guarantee that both first round picks will pan out. Blues got a very nice player, Flyers got a burnt out 4th liner/13th forward.

LOL, you can have the pick. Army bent Philly over a stump on that deal.

If they miss the playoffs this year, at least they can't use "We fought back hard this season" as an excuse for not moving worthless players.
